Merrrion Financial Services:

We can assist clients with the raising of capital to invest in markets abroad. This can range from a release of equity in an Irish asset to specialized lending products through our relationships with the top banks.

Merrion Traveller:

We arrange taylor made trips for our clients when they wish to view their potential purchase. MIP will arrange flights, accommodation and transport for clients to make their visit to the foreign country’s that little more enjoyable.

Merrion Mortgages:

Due to our exposure in foreign markets we have built up an extensive network with foreign banks. This allows our clients leverage against the asset in the country to which they are purchasing. MIP will assist in this process and take the hassle out of dealing with a foreign bank.

Merrion Forex:

When dealing outside the Euro zone foreign exchange dealings can be very costly if not managed correctly. Merrion will offer advice on trends in the particular currency and can offer inter bank rates for the conversion of funds.

Merrion Interiors:

In almost all cases MIP can offer a solution to our clients that don’t want the hassle of fitting out their purchase. In all our schemes we have a solution that is sure to meet with client’s approval. We offer different fit outs to suit the customer’s budget and needs.

Merrion Completions:

This can often be the most stressful element of a purchase abroad. MIP is on hand to guide our clients through this process. This will vary from arranging legal representation, opening local bank accounts to advise on local tax. In all cases MIP will seek to eliminate the worry for our clients.
